Fall Colors Meadow Walk: Delight in the sights and sounds of an active fall meadow. You’ll observe large butterflies flitting through vivid hued foliage and fascinating seed pods.

Rooted Wisdom: Nature’s Role in the Underground Railroad: Understand how freedom seekers used the natural landscape to forge a path for freedom. Their methods for navigating, concealing themselves, finding food, and evading capture reflect a deep connection to, and understanding of, the natural landscape. Birding Walk: Veteran birder and Arboretum volunteer, Jim Wilson, delights in sharing his vast knowledge of birds. He has led countless bird walks and programs at Adkins Arboretum and his passion for birds is contagious. Jim’s walks are suitable for adults and children alike. 

The cost of a private group tour is $100 for up to 10 people and $10 per additional person. Tours must be booked at least two weeks in advance.

Golf carts with trained drivers are available for your visit to Adkins Arboretum at no charge. However, arrangements must be made at least two weeks in advance of your visit. Please call 410-634-2847 to reserve or inquire about golf carts.
