Trail Hours
Adkins Arboretum boasts 5 miles of well-maintained trails through diverse native habitat.
The trails are open everyday from sunrise to sunset. If the entrance gates are closed during open hours, visitors may park outside the gates, on the grassy edge of the drive, and enter the grounds on foot.
Trails are open 365 days a year from sunrise to sunset.
Visitor’s Center Hours
The Visitor’s Center is closed on Mondays.
Sunday: noon–4 pm
Monday: closed
Tuesday–Saturday: 10 am–4 pm
Holiday closures include Thanksgiving Day and December 24–December 31.
In the event of inclement weather, call the Visitor’s Center at 410-634-2847 to hear a recorded message. Updates will also be posted on the website and social media.
