Join University of Maryland Extension Apiculturalist Mike Embrey for a presentation on native bees, bee boxes, and resources for these native pollinators. This program will take place in the Visitor's Center gallery.

Native Bees is the first program in a six-part series on beekeeping. The series also includes Open Hive Frames on April 12, Split and Divide a Hive on May 10, Honey Extraction on July 12, Building Equipment on October 11, and Candle Making on November 8.

Fee: $15 per program or $75 for the series for members; $20 per program or $95 for the series for non-members
