This reception celebrates two exhibits:

Dangerous Beauty, a collaboration between botanical artists Lee Boulay D'Zmura and Tina Thieme Brown, depicts invasive plants that threaten Maryland's native plant communities. The show is on view through July 27.

Artists in Dialogue with Landscape, the 2012 outdoor sculpture invitational, is on view through September 15 in the Arboretum's woodland, meadows, and wetland. Featuring the work of Linda Bills, Melissa Burley, Breon Gilleran, Elizabeth McCue, Beth Ann Morrison, Marcia Wolfson Ray, and Elizabeth Whiteley, the exhibit showcases pieces created in direct response to the Arboretum landscape.
