SUMMARY:Healing Walk
DESCRIPTION:Nature has the power to heal. Whether you’re navigating a difficult life change\, a traumatic loss\, or the stresses of caregiving\, this monthly guided walk will leave you feeling grounded and renewed. \n This group meets at the Visitor’s Center for a chat before embarking on a gentle stroll on the Arboretum’s trails. Participants are welcome to listen\, share\, or simply soak in the silence. Refreshments will be available after the walk. \nMeet Your Guide\nJodie Schram is a nature-loving educator\, beekeeper\, and coach. As an adjunct professor of communications\, she empowers others to find their voice. As a certified Nature Therapy Guide and Divorce Recovery Coach\, she helps people rediscover themselves through healing conversations—both with others and with the natural world. Whether in the classroom\, the forest\, or the apiary\, Jodie is passionate about growth\, connection\, and transformation.
