Kellen McCluskey, Director of Donor Engagement
Kellen has worked as a nonprofit administrator and fundraiser ever since receiving her BA in international studies from American University (with a 10-year break while raising her 3 kids). Since her arrival at Adkins, she has served as Youth Educator, Development Assistant, Membership Coordinator, Music DJ, and Staff Photographer. She loves the combination of using her database experience, people skills, and photography talent all in one job. Her Arboretum career began when Jenny Houghton wondered aloud how she could find someone who was willing to work on youth programs for only six hours a week.
