Debbie is the Principal of Envistra LLC. She started the business in 2023 to bring her expertise in engagement, visioning, and strategy to rural counties and towns and small businesses. Prior to hanging her shingle, she held leadership roles in county administration, state government, and in small businesses.
Debbie is a Delmarva native. She grew up surrounded by the natural beauty of the peninsula, and appreciates being able to support the vision and mission of the Arboretum.
